Changes to our export documentation prices

Firstly, I would like to thank our export documentation customers. We appreciate you using our services and my team and I really enjoy working with you.

From 1st April 2022, the prices we charge for all our export services have changed. This includes the prices of our Letters of Credit, Certificates of Origin, ATA Carnets and more. You can find the new price lists below:

Please take a look at these so you are aware of any changes that may affect your business.

You will notice that these prices have increased quite a lot this year and I wanted to take this opportunity to explain some of the reasons behind this. We have recently carried out a full review of our current prices, as it appeared we were charging significantly below the “going rate”, with other organisations and service providers charging a lot more than our current fees. Alongside this, we have endured higher costs to the business, not limited to but including, the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic and increased costs due to inflation and fuel costs soaring, which looks to continue in coming months. We have also invested in additional AI technology to enhance our current processes, to keep us at the forefront of our business and enable us to maintain, and commit to, the high-quality service you expect and deserve.

Please be assured that Business West has made every effort to keep this increase to a minimum. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch with the team. We look forward to continuing to work with you.
